What You Need Done, and How It Gets Done
- One Stock Number for Every Channel: Available is what you own, less what is allocated to orders and what is reserved. Every stock push to every channel sends that one number.
- List Once, Publish Where It Sells: Publish, update and end listings on Shopify, eBay, Amazon, Etsy, WooCommerce and BigCommerce from one catalog.
- Keep Product Facts Consistent: Mismatch Alerts catch a barcode, brand or weight that disagrees between channels, and Fill From Other Channels fills the gaps.
- Every Order in One Queue: Intake rules route, split, hold or tag orders from every channel before stock is reserved.
- The Right Price per Channel: A pricing rule per SKU and channel, with floors built from true cost and that channel's fees.
- Know Which Channel Pays: Sales and margin by channel after fees, shipping and ad spend, from FIFO cost on every order line.
What It Looks Like in Practice
- Connect Your Channels: Sign in to the marketplaces that use a sign in, and paste your own keys for the ones that use keys. No marketplace approval is needed.
- Match the Same Item: Product matching links one item imported under different SKUs, with a preview and a split back if you change your mind.
- Review the Differences: Shopify and Amazon stock is compared with your pool every 3 hours, and each difference becomes a fix you approve.
- Fix Listings in Batches: Listing Health scores every listing on every channel, and the fix sheet pre-fills values from your other channels.
- Run the Day from Daily Tasks: Restocks, price moves, listing fixes and orders that need a person, ranked by what they are worth.
Good to Know
- Tracking goes back automatically to Amazon (merchant fulfilled), eBay, Etsy, Shopify, Mirakl marketplaces, bol.com, Kaufland, Allegro and Mercado Libre (when you use your own carrier). For WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Magento, Square and PrestaShop, mark orders shipped in the store admin for now.
Questions
- How does Invechar keep channels from overselling?
- Every channel sells from one master pool, and an order allocates stock as soon as it comes in. Shopify is updated as stock changes, bol.com, Kaufland and Mirakl marketplaces every 30 minutes, and other channels when you push or approve a stock task. Stock at Amazon FBA or Mercado Libre Full never counts for other channels.
- What happens when a channel's stock does not match?
- For Shopify and Amazon, a drift check compares the channel with your pool every 3 hours. Each difference becomes a reconcile task with the evidence, and pushes to that product pause until you decide.
- Do I need a separate tool for listings?
- No. Listings, attributes, Listing Health and publishing to six channels are part of Invechar.
- Which channels are live?
- Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Etsy, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Magento, Square, PrestaShop, Google Shopping, Mirakl marketplaces, bol.com, Kaufland, Allegro and Mercado Libre. Walmart is in beta while our API application is pending.
