- Who can see my data?
- People in your organization, according to their role. Roles are checked on the server for every request. Guests see only the Workspace items they are added to. Your data is never shown to other SuiteSeller customers.
- Do you store my marketplace passwords?
- No. Channels connect through their official APIs with tokens or keys that you authorize. Those secrets are encrypted at rest, and you can disconnect a channel at any time.
- Can I get all my data out?
- Yes. Owners and admins can download an export of the organization's data as a file at any time. Reports also export to CSV.
- Can I delete everything?
- Yes. The owner can permanently delete all organization data. It asks for your password and a typed confirmation, because it cannot be undone.
- Do you hold security certifications?
- Not today. We do not claim certifications we do not hold. When that changes, it will be listed on this page.
- How are payments handled?
- Subscriptions and credit top-ups are paid through Stripe Checkout. Card details are entered with Stripe, not stored by SuiteSeller.
