- Can I start for free?
- Yes. Every account starts on the free plan, with no card needed. It includes 15 AI credits a month and up to 5 AI generated listings a month, and the deterministic Brain works in full. Upgrade to Starter, Growth or Scale from the Plans page inside the app when you are ready.
- What is the difference between the Brain and AI credits?
- About 95% of the Brain is deterministic: engines, math and rules that run inside SuiteSeller, such as restock quantities, repricing floors, stock sync, forecasts and Daily Tasks. That part is unlimited on every plan. AI credits meter only the features that write or reason in language using Claude, such as chat answers, listing copy and composing an automation from your words.
- Am I charged when an AI action fails?
- No. Credits are only charged when the action succeeds.
- Do unused credits roll over?
- Your monthly allowance renews each month, and unused allowance expires at the renewal. Credits you buy in a top-up pack (100 for $15, 500 for $60, 1,000 for $100) carry over and are used after your allowance.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes. Upgrade or move down a plan at any time from the Plans page inside the app.
- Which channels are included?
- Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Etsy, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Magento, Square and PrestaShop are live, with Walmart coming soon. Your plan sets how many you connect at once.
