- What does "you approve, it does the rest" mean?
- Your Brain finds the work, such as a restock, a price change or a reimbursement claim, and shows it as a Daily Task with the reason and the numbers. You approve, edit or cancel. When you approve, SuiteSeller does the work: it drafts and sends the PO, changes the price on the channel or writes the claim. Every action is logged and most can be undone.
- Will it change things without asking me?
- Only when you allow it. Autopilot lets a kind of task run on its own within limits you set, and it pauses itself after undos. Unknown task types never run automatically, anything that moves money always asks first, and a kill switch stops everything.
- How long does setup take?
- Most sellers are live in about an hour. Connect Shopify or Amazon and the first sync imports products, full order history, costs and suppliers while a checklist ticks itself. Moving from SellerCloud, Cin7, Linnworks or Extensiv? The migration tool brings your data over with a dry run first.
- Which channels do you support?
- Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Etsy, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Magento, Square and PrestaShop are live. Walmart is coming soon. Every channel sells from one stock pool, and a public API with webhooks covers the rest.
- What are AI credits?
- About 95% of the Brain is math and rules, and that part is unlimited on every plan. AI credits are only used when the Brain writes or reasons in language, such as answering a chat question, writing listing copy or composing an automation from your words. Every plan includes a monthly allowance.
- Can I try it before connecting my store?
- Yes. Create a free account and load the demo catalog: sample products, orders, suppliers and a second warehouse that run through the real engine and can never push to a real store.
- Does it work with Claude?
- Yes. Ask your Brain is powered by Claude inside SuiteSeller, and you can also connect your own Claude (claude.ai, Claude Desktop or Claude Code) through our MCP connector. Claude reads your live data and proposes plans, and every change still needs your approval.
