Every Order Handled the Moment It Arrives

Orders from every channel in one queue, intake rules that route, split and hold them automatically, and tracking sent back to the marketplace until it confirms. Every channel's orders land in one queue with stock allocated from the master pool. Intake rules act before stock is reserved: route to a warehouse, split a backordered line, hold a risky order, prefer a carrier, send to a dropship supplier, tag or notify. When an order ships, the marketplace gets the tracking number.

Questions

Do I need my own carrier account?
Yes. Labels and rate shopping use your own carrier keys (EasyPost today). Without one you can still ship and enter tracking by hand, and tracking push still works.
Which channels get tracking back?
Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Shopify and the connected storefronts. Walmart follows once its API access is approved.
What happens to an order for more than I have?
It waits as Awaiting Stock and cannot get a label until stock arrives. Your Brain can propose a backorder PO or dropship routing.
