Exactly What Syncs With eBay
- Orders (Into Invechar): New orders arrive with their items and allocate stock from the master pool.
- Stock (Out to the Channel): Your sellable number from the master pool, pushed from a product's page or when you approve the Brain's stock push task.
- Prices (Out to the Channel): Price changes you approve, and repricer moves inside your floors.
- Listings and Item Specifics (Both Ways): Every item specific is imported. Publish, update and end listings from Invechar with the category and its required specifics mapped.
- Tracking (Out to the Channel): Shipments are confirmed with carrier and tracking. A send that fails is retried automatically, and you see the reason if it still does not go through.
- Buyer Messages (Into Invechar): Messages arrive in Invechar every hour, shown beside the order they are about.
How You Connect eBay
- Press Connect on eBay: Open Integrations and press Connect on the eBay card. eBay opens its own sign in page.
- Approve Invechar on eBay: Sign in with the seller account and approve. Invechar never sees your eBay password.
- Listings and Orders Import: Your listings, every item specific and your orders come in. Stock pushes wait until you have reviewed any differences.
- Run the Connection Check: It confirms orders, listings, tracking and messages each work, read only, before you rely on them.
- Managing a client's eBay store? Send the client connect link from the eBay card and the client approves their own account once.
What Your Brain Does on eBay
- Listing Health for Item Specifics: Each listing is scored against the specifics eBay marks required or recommended for its category, with a fix sheet that lists exactly what is missing.
- Fill from Other Channels: Brand, MPN, color or material your Amazon or Shopify listing already has can fill the empty eBay specific, with the source shown before you approve.
- Suppression Early Warning: Listings likely to be hidden or blocked, such as a missing barcode or a title eBay will not accept, flagged with the fix ready.
- Buyer Replies Built from the Order: Quick replies and AI drafts use the order's items, tracking and status. Your Brain raises a task when a buyer has waited too long.
Good to Know
- The eBay connection is newer than our Amazon and Shopify connections. Run the Connection Check after you connect, and tell us through the Support inbox if anything looks wrong.
- AI drafted replies use 1 AI credit each. Quick replies and everything else on this page are free.
Questions
- What are eBay item specifics and why do they matter?
- Item specifics are the structured details of a listing, such as Brand, MPN, Color or Size. eBay uses them in search filters and lists some as required for a category. Invechar imports them all and shows which ones each listing is missing.
- Can I publish new eBay listings from Invechar?
- Yes. Create the product once, choose the eBay category, and Invechar maps the required specifics and checks eBay's rules before the listing goes live. The quantity always comes from your master pool.
- How often do eBay buyer messages arrive?
- Every hour. Each message shows the matching order beside it, and you always send replies yourself.
- Can my agency connect a client's eBay store?
- Yes. Copy the client connect link on the eBay card and send it to the client. They approve their own account once and it lands in your Invechar organization.
- Will Invechar overwrite my eBay quantities right away?
- No. Connecting only reads, and no stock is pushed while the first import runs. After that, eBay gets your sellable number when you push a product or approve the Brain's stock push task.
