Invechar

True Profit on Every Order Line

FIFO cost with freight and duty stamped on each line when it ships, so sales, margin, valuation and dead stock reports show what you really made. When an order ships, Invechar takes the cost of the oldest stock first, including the freight, duty and fees from its purchase order, and stamps it on the order line. Every report builds on those real costs, by product, channel and period.

Questions

Why is FIFO better than average cost?
Average cost hides a batch that cost more after freight and duty. FIFO stamps the cost of the actual units shipped, so margin moves when your costs move.
What if some products have no cost?
A Daily Task lists products with missing costs so you can fill them in, and valuation marks those units as estimated until you do.
Can I export everything?
Yes. Reports export to CSV, and owners and admins can export all organization data as a file at any time.
