What You Need Done, and How It Gets Done
- Never Run Out of a Best Seller: Restock proposals from your sales trend, the lead time each supplier really delivers in, safety stock for volatile SKUs and what is already on order.
- Get Paid for Lost and Damaged Units: Money Finder reads your inventory ledger, reimbursement and returns reports and lists each likely claim with the evidence and case text.
- Catch Listing Problems Before Sales Stop: Listing Guard flags suppressions, a lost Buy Box, new sellers on your listing and stranded stock, and warns before a listing is likely to be hidden.
- Know Your True Profit per Unit: FIFO cost with freight, duty and fees from each purchase order is stamped on every order line, and the fee audit spots size tier overcharges.
- Keep the Buy Box Without a Price War: A pricing rule per SKU with a safety floor and a profit floor from your true cost, enforced on the server.
- Fund the Next Big Order: A 13 week cash forecast from payouts, purchase orders and ad spend, with a cash floor your restock plans respect and a peak plan for Prime Day.
What It Looks Like in Practice
- Every Morning at 7:00: The morning brief: yesterday in plain English and today's priorities, in the app and by email at 7:00 your time.
- Approve the Restock: A Daily Task proposes how much to buy from which supplier and by when. Edit the quantity, then approve.
- The Purchase Order Goes Out: The Supplier Assistant emails the PO, follows up and reads the supplier's reply.
- Stock Arrives: Receiving records the landed cost layer and teaches your Brain the supplier's real lead time for next time.
- Send to Amazon: Plan the FBA shipment. Units at Amazon move to your Amazon FBA location, where no other channel can sell them.
- Claims and Fixes: Money Finder and Listing Guard tasks arrive with the evidence. Submit the claim in Seller Central; Invechar counts what comes back.
Good to Know
- Amazon Ads API access is in progress, so the PPC planner runs in practice mode on simulated data until your Ads account connects.
- FBA inbound shipment plans run in preview until Amazon grants the inbound permission. Claims are prepared for you to submit in Seller Central.
Questions
- Does Invechar work if I only sell on Amazon?
- Yes. Restock planning, Money Finder, Listing Guard, repricing and true profit all work with Amazon alone. Adding Shopify or another channel later uses the same stock pool.
- How does Invechar know my supplier lead times?
- It learns them from the purchase orders you receive: the gap between ordering and receiving, per supplier. Until there is history, it uses the lead time you enter.
- Can it send my FBA shipments to Amazon?
- You can plan and track FBA shipments today. Creating them in Seller Central for you turns on when Amazon grants Invechar the inbound permission; until then they run in preview.
- Will it submit reimbursement claims automatically?
- No. Money Finder prepares each claim with the case text and evidence. You submit it in Seller Central, which keeps you in control of what is filed.
- What does it cost?
