How often does the Brain run?

The deterministic Brain scans every hour on every plan, with extra jobs on their own schedules: drift checks every 3 hours, Listing Guard every 2 hours and the morning brief at 7:00 your time.

Can I change what it proposes?

Yes. Every quantity, price or budget in a Daily Task can be edited before you approve, and the server clamps values to safe limits whatever is entered.

What happens when I cancel a task?

Nothing changes in your business, and the Brain remembers. If you keep skipping a kind of task it learns to show fewer of them.
