Dropship Orders, Tracked Like Your Own

Route an order to the supplier that ships it, by hand, by rule or on your Brain's suggestion. The supplier enters tracking on a private link, and the marketplace gets it without you typing anything.

What You Need Done, and How It Gets Done

  • Route Orders to the Right Supplier: Press Dropship to Supplier on an order, set an intake rule that marks matching orders as dropship, or approve your Brain's proposal for backorders.
  • Get Tracking Without Chasing: Each dropship order emails the supplier a private link. When they enter the carrier and tracking number, the order is marked shipped.
  • Mix Stocked and Dropshipped Products: Products you hold and products a supplier ships live in one catalog and one order queue.
  • Know the Margin on Every Order: Each dropshipped product carries its dropship cost per unit, shipped to your customer, so profit stays true.
  • Never Promise What Nobody Has: Orders for more than you have wait as Awaiting Stock, and your Brain can propose routing them to a supplier who has it.
  • Follow Every Dropship Order: Waiting on supplier, shipped by supplier, tracking sent or failed: every order's state in one list.

What It Looks Like in Practice

  • Set Up the Supplier: Tick that the supplier ships directly to your customers, and set how many days they take to ship.
  • Mark Their Products: Tick Dropships this item on each product they ship and enter the dropship cost.
  • Orders Route Themselves: An intake rule marks matching orders as dropship, or you approve your Brain's proposal for backorders.
  • The Supplier Ships: They open the private link, see what to ship and where, and enter tracking.
  • Tracking Reaches the Marketplace: The order is marked shipped and the tracking is sent to the channel the order came from.

Good to Know

  • Tracking is sent automatically to channels Invechar confirms tracking on, such as Shopify, eBay, Etsy and Amazon merchant fulfilled orders. For WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Magento, Square and PrestaShop, mark the order shipped in the store admin for now.

Questions

Does my supplier need an Invechar account?
No. They get a private tracking link by email. It shows the ship to address, the order and the items, and asks for the carrier and tracking number.
Can orders route to a supplier automatically?
Yes. An order intake rule can mark matching orders as dropship, and tracking flows back the same way.
What if a supplier sends tracking by email instead?
Record it on the order with Record the supplier's shipment, and it is sent to the marketplace from there.
Can I dropship some products and stock others?
Yes. Both live in one catalog and one order queue. Only products you tick as dropshipped go to the supplier.
