Invechar

Magento Inventory Management, One Pool for Every Channel

Connect Magento or Adobe Commerce with an integration token from your own admin. Invechar imports every product and attribute, sends stock and prices from one pool, and brings in new orders every 30 minutes.

Exactly What Syncs With Magento

  • Products and Attributes (Into Invechar): Every product with all of its attributes, linked to products you already have by SKU.
  • Orders (Into Invechar): New and changed orders every 30 minutes, allocated through the stock engine.
  • Stock (Out to the Channel): Your sellable number from the master pool, pushed for the whole store from its store page or per product.
  • Prices (Out to the Channel): Price changes you approve.

How You Connect Magento

  • Add an Integration: In your Magento admin go to System, Extensions, Integrations and add one named Invechar. Give it access to Catalog, Sales and Stores, or All.
  • Activate It and Copy the Token: Activate the integration and allow it. Of the four values Magento shows, you only need the Access Token.
  • Allow Token Sign In: On Magento 2.4.4 or newer, set Allow OAuth Access Tokens to be used as standalone Bearer tokens to Yes under Stores, Configuration, Services, OAuth.
  • Paste and Test: Enter your store address and the token in the Connect wizard and test. The token is encrypted before it is saved.
  • No approval or extension is needed: Magento's own integrations screen issues the token, and you can deactivate it there at any time.

What Your Brain Does on Magento

  • Orders That Move Stock: Magento orders allocate from the master pool every 30 minutes, so the stock your other channels are sent already counts them.
  • Restock from Real Demand: Your store's orders feed the forecast and the reorder proposals.
  • Mismatch Alerts: Barcodes, brands, weights or prices that disagree between Magento and your other channels, flagged by impact.

Good to Know

  • Publishing new products to Magento from Invechar is not available yet. Create products in Magento; Invechar imports and syncs them.
  • Tracking is not sent back to Magento yet. When you ship from Invechar, mark the order as shipped in your Magento admin.

Questions

Why does Magento refuse my token?
On 2.4.4 and newer, tokens cannot be used on their own until you allow it under Stores, Configuration, Services, OAuth, Consumer Settings.
How often do Magento orders come in?
Every 30 minutes, with a two hour overlap so late edits are never missed.
Do I need to install an extension?
No. Invechar uses Magento's built in REST API.
