BigCommerce Inventory in Step With Every Channel

Connect with a store level API token you create in your own control panel. Invechar imports every product and variant, keeps your BigCommerce stock in step with your marketplaces and publishes products from one catalog.

Exactly What Syncs With BigCommerce

  • Products and Variants (Into Invechar): Every product and variant with all of its attributes.
  • Stock (Out to the Channel): Your sellable number from the master pool, pushed for the whole store from its store page or per product.
  • Prices (Out to the Channel): Price changes you approve.
  • Listings (Out to the Channel): Create and update BigCommerce products from Invechar's catalog.
  • Order History (Into Invechar): Past orders for sales, margin and customer reports.

How You Connect BigCommerce

  • Open Store API Accounts: In your BigCommerce control panel, as the store owner, go to Settings, then Store-level API accounts, and create an API account.
  • Create a V2/V3 Token: Name it Invechar. Set Products and Orders to modify and Information and settings to read only, then save. BigCommerce shows the token once.
  • Paste and Test: Paste the API path and the token into the Connect wizard and test. The token is encrypted before it is saved.
  • You create the token yourself, so no approval is needed, and deleting the API account in BigCommerce ends the connection at once.

What Your Brain Does on BigCommerce

  • One Stock Pool: BigCommerce is sent the same sellable number as your marketplaces, with Amazon FBA units never counted.
  • Publish from One Catalog: Create a product once in Invechar and publish it to BigCommerce, Shopify, eBay, Amazon, Etsy or WooCommerce.
  • Listing Health: Products checked for brand, photos, descriptions and barcodes, with values filled from your other channels.

Good to Know

  • BigCommerce orders come in as order history for your reports and do not reduce stock in Invechar yet. If you sell a lot there, adjust stock in Invechar for those sales before you push.
  • Tracking is not sent back to BigCommerce yet. When you ship from Invechar, mark the order as shipped in your BigCommerce admin.

Questions

What permissions does the BigCommerce token need?
Products and Orders set to modify, and Information and settings set to read only.
Do BigCommerce orders reduce my Invechar stock?
Not yet. BigCommerce orders are imported as history for your sales and customer reports, so they do not move stock in Invechar.

Yes. Invechar creates and updates BigCommerce products from its catalog, with attributes mapped and the quantity from your pool.
Where do I find the API path?
BigCommerce shows it when you create the API account. Paste the whole path; Invechar reads the store hash from it.
