Every Mirakl Marketplace, One Connection Pattern

Many retailers run their marketplace on Mirakl. Invechar connects each one you sell on with that shop's API key, then syncs offers, stock, prices and orders, and handles the order acceptance deadline for you.

Exactly What Syncs With Mirakl

  • Offers and Attributes (Into Invechar): Every offer and product attribute, linked to products you already have.
  • Stock (Out to the Channel): Your sellable number from the master pool, sent every 30 minutes to each marketplace that sells the product.
  • Prices (Out to the Channel): Price changes you approve, per marketplace.
  • Orders (Into Invechar): Every 30 minutes, into the stock engine.
  • Order Acceptance (Both Ways): Ask first or accept automatically when every item is in stock. Stock is held while you decide.
  • Tracking (Out to the Channel): Carrier and tracking sent, and the shipment confirmed on the marketplace.

How You Connect Mirakl

  • Pick Your Marketplace: Choose it from the list. If yours is not listed, choose Other Mirakl Marketplace: every Mirakl marketplace connects the same way.
  • Open Your Seller Portal: Sign in to the marketplace's seller back office with the login that owns your shop.
  • Copy Your API Key: Your name in the top right, My User Settings, API Key. If another tool already uses this shop's key, copy it rather than generating a new one.
  • Paste Your Details: Paste the portal address and the key. The key is encrypted before it is saved.
  • Choose How Orders Are Accepted: Ask Me First lists new orders with Accept and Refuse. Accept Automatically accepts when every item is in stock and asks about the rest.
  • Each marketplace is its own store with its own key, so selling on two Mirakl marketplaces means two connections. No approval from Mirakl or the marketplace is needed to use your own shop key.

What Your Brain Does on Mirakl

  • Never Miss an Acceptance Deadline: New orders waiting for acceptance appear on the Mirakl page and in your Inbox, and an order stays out of the Ship Queue until it is accepted.
  • One Pool Across Marketplaces: Sell the same item on several Mirakl marketplaces and your other channels from one stock pool, sent every 30 minutes.
  • Listing Health and Mismatch Alerts: Offer details checked and compared with your other channels, with fixes filled from where the value already exists.

Good to Know

  • Generating a new API key may stop another tool that uses the current one. If another tool uses the shop's key, copy the existing key instead.
  • Creating new offers on Mirakl marketplaces from Invechar is not available yet. Offers you create in the seller portal are imported every 6 hours.

Which marketplaces run on Mirakl?
Many retail marketplaces in North America and Europe. The Connect wizard lists several, such as Best Buy Canada, Carrefour and Decathlon, and any other Mirakl marketplace connects through Other Mirakl Marketplace.
Do I need a separate connection for each marketplace?
Yes. Each marketplace has its own seller portal and key, so each one is its own store in Invechar.
What happens to orders I have not accepted yet?
Stock is held for them while you decide, and they stay out of your Ship Queue until accepted.
Where do I find my Mirakl API key?
In the marketplace's seller portal: your name in the top right corner, My User Settings, then the API Key tab. Ask the marketplace's seller support if the tab is missing.
