Allegro, Connected With One Sign In

Sign in on Allegro's own page and approve Invechar. Your offers come in with every parameter, description and image, orders arrive every 30 minutes, and tracking goes back when you ship.

Exactly What Syncs With Allegro

  • Offers and Parameters (Into Invechar): Every offer with each parameter, description and image, matched to your products by its SKU (signature).
  • Stock (Both Ways): Starting stock comes in at connect; after that, changes you approve go out from the master pool.
  • Prices (Out to the Channel): Price changes you approve.
  • Orders (Into Invechar): The last 60 days at connect, then new orders every 30 minutes into the stock engine.
  • Tracking (Out to the Channel): The waybill and carrier on the order, which then shows as sent.

How You Connect Allegro

  • Check Your Allegro Account: Sign in to Allegro in the same browser with the account you sell with. Several accounts? Connect each one on its own.
  • Add Your SKUs on Allegro: Give each offer the same SKU (signature) you use on other channels, so Invechar links them. Offers without one still import.
  • Sign in and Approve: Press Connect, check the account Allegro shows and press Allow. Invechar never sees your password.
  • Offers and Orders Come In: Nothing changes on Allegro while it imports. Then orders keep arriving every 30 minutes.
  • You can remove Invechar's access in your Allegro account at any time.

What Your Brain Does on Allegro

  • Sell-Out Handled the Allegro Way: At 0 stock the offer ends, as Allegro does itself, and Invechar reactivates it when stock returns. Only offers Invechar ended are reactivated.
  • One Pool with Your Other Channels: Allegro sells from the same stock as Kaufland, Amazon or your own store.
  • Listing Health and Mismatch Alerts: Offer parameters checked and compared with your other channels.

Good to Know

  • Creating new offers on Allegro from Invechar is not available yet. Offers you create on Allegro are imported every 6 hours.

Which Allegro sites does this cover?
Allegro accounts selling in Poland, and on allegro.cz, allegro.sk and allegro.hu.
Does Invechar see my Allegro password?
No. You sign in on Allegro's own page and approve Invechar. You can remove its access in Allegro at any time.
How are offers matched to my products?
By the offer's SKU field (signature). Offers without one are imported as their own products, which you can link later.
What happens when stock reaches 0?
The offer ends, as Allegro does itself, and Invechar reactivates it when stock comes back.
