Can suppliers or a VA join?

Yes, as guests. A guest sees only the projects, docs and channels they are added to, never your business data.

What do meetings cost?

Meetings for the whole team, with small calls free: calls with up to 4 people are free on every plan. Bigger meetings on paid plans use the minutes included in your plan, from 3,000 to 60,000 person-minutes a month, then 1 AI credit per 100 person-minutes. A meeting that is running is never cut off.

Does it use AI credits?

Translation, the AI writer, the AI project builder and AI meeting recaps use AI credits. Projects, docs, chat and the calendar themselves are unlimited.
